By creating an account or using Mini-me Money, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Mini-me Money. ## Who can use it You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Bank linking works with accounts at institutions in the United States. ## Your account Keep your sign-in details secret, and tell us at [support@weos.cloud](mailto:support@weos.cloud) if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. ## What Mini-me Money is, and is not Mini-me Money keeps books of your personal finances from the accounts you link and the statements you upload, and answers questions about them. It is a record-keeping and information tool. - It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Talk to a qualified professional before you make a decision that depends on those. - It cannot move money, make payments or trade. - Its numbers depend on data from your institutions, from Plaid and from the statements you upload. That data can be late, incomplete or wrong, and so can a category or a projection. Check anything important against your own records. ## Free and Pro The free plan includes statement upload, categorisation, financial reports, net worth and export. Pro adds bank sync through Plaid, and lets you connect your own AI assistant to your books over MCP. - **Price.** Pro costs $8.99 a month or $89.99 a year in the United States. The store shows the price for your country, and any tax, before you buy. - **Free trial.** A new Pro subscriber gets a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and your store account is charged. - **Automatic renewal.** Pro renews at the end of each month or year, and your store account is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends, until you cancel. - **Cancelling.** Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. - **Refunds.** Apple and Google take payment and decide refunds under their own policies. Ask them for a refund. - **When Pro ends.** Bank sync pauses, and connected AI assistants lose access. Your data stays, and the free plan keeps working. - **Price changes.** We tell you before a new price applies to you, as Apple and Google require. ## Your data Your data belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process and show it only to run Mini-me Money for you, as the [privacy policy](https://weos.cloud/privacy?hsLang=en) describes. You can export it at any time, and you can delete your account in the app. ## Third-party services Bank linking uses Plaid. When you link an account, you authorize Plaid to access your institution for you and to send us the data the privacy policy describes, and you accept Plaid’s [End User Privacy Policy](https://plaid.com/legal/#end-user-privacy-policy). Purchases go through Apple or Google under their terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control. An AI assistant you connect acts on your instructions, under your agreement with its provider. It can read your data, and change it where you let it. Its answers can be wrong, so check anything important in the app. ## Acceptable use Do not use Mini-me Money to break the law, reach data that is not yours, upload malicious code, probe, overload or disrupt the service or anyone else’s instance, or resell the service. ## Open source Mini-me Money runs on the WeOS core, which is open source under the GNU Affero General Public License. That license governs the core’s source code. These terms govern your use of the hosted service and the apps. ## Changes and availability We improve Mini-me Money over time, and we may add, change or remove features. We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. If we shut the service down, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and a way to export your data. ## Ending your use You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and give you time to export your data. ## Disclaimers MINI-ME MONEY IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WEPALA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ## Limitation of liability TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WEPALA IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR SAVINGS, OR FOR DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON THE SERVICE. WEPALA’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID FOR PRO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND US$50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. ## Indemnity If you break these terms or the law, and someone brings a claim against Wepala because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim. ## Law and disputes The laws of the State of Texas govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas, and you and Wepala accept their jurisdiction. This does not remove any right that consumer law where you live gives you. ## Apps from the App Store If you got the app from Apple’s App Store, these terms also say the following. These terms are between you and Wepala, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Wepala, not Apple, is responsible for any claim about the app, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection claims, and claims that it infringes someone’s intellectual property. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo, and that you are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. ## Changes to these terms When we change these terms, we change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
