Email support@weos.cloud. If the question is about your account, send it from the address on your account, and say whether you use iPhone, Android or the web. I read every message, and I answer within two business days.
Signing in
If you forgot your password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen. We email you a link that works once, for 30 minutes. If you signed up with Apple or Google, sign in with the same one again.
To try the app without an account, open the demo and sign in with demo@weos.cloud and the password demo.
Linking a bank
Bank sync is part of Pro. If your bank does not appear, or a link keeps failing, upload a statement for that account instead: Mini-me Money books it the same way. If a linked account stops updating, open it in the app and reconnect it.
Pro, trials and refunds
- Cancel on iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then tap Mini-me Money.
- Cancel on Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, tap Payments & subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, then tap Mini-me Money.
- Restore a purchase: in the app, open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases.
- Refunds: Apple and Google decide refunds. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or ask Google from your Google Play order history.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email support@weos.cloud from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.
Deletion is permanent. It deletes your accounts, transactions, uploaded statements, categories, rules and projections, removes your bank connections, and deletes your sign-in details. Your instance and all of its backups are destroyed within two days.
Deleting your account does not cancel Pro. Cancel Pro in your store account first.
Your data
To export your data, use Export in the app. To ask what we hold about you, email privacy@weos.cloud. The privacy policy has the details.
